Refunds and delivery

Our PDFs and printables are digital products, delivered as instant downloads by Gumroad (English) or Hotmart (Spanish). Because they arrive immediately and cannot be returned, sales are generally final.

That said, we stand behind our work. Email support@mylifearch.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will make it right if a file will not download or open, you were charged twice or bought by accident, or a product is not as described. Depending on the situation we may resend the file, issue a refund, or offer an alternative.

Delivery

There is nothing to ship. Your download link arrives by email right after purchase and is shown on the confirmation page. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us.

Paperbacks

Our printed books are sold, shipped and refunded by Amazon under Amazon’s own policies.
